Miriam Holmes is Shirleigh's older sister and the founder of Victoria's Palace.
As a Foreign Service Officer, Miriam is constantly looking for ways to improve the well-being of people and international relations. She frequently travels to neighbouring countries for conferences and meetings.
Having to attend business overseas shortly after her father's passing, she carries a large weight on her shoulders and wonders if she is partially responsible for Shirleigh's preference to be isolated from others.
Wanting to rebuild her relationship with her sister, she allows Shirleigh to stay in Victoria's Palace free of charge but Shirleigh pays her regardless.
Miriam probably has one of my favourite designs and personalities. She's just really silly and all over the place.
Her design was inspired by Lolita fashion but I still wanted to convey a bit of Victorian-esque style through it. While I do still really like her old design, this one feels way more polished and had more effort put into it. I did keep the colour palette similar, so there was that.
Her secondary outfit shown here was originally going to be a top and a pencil skirt but I felt it would be better if the entire outfit kind of contradicted her usual being, so trousers it was lol.
