Serving as a combat medic in the renewed Egyptian Army Medical Corps, Maxwell Morstan is constantly travelling the world. A composed leader, he does not have difficulty when it comes to being in charge. After completing medical school while on active duty, Morstan became a certified surgeon and possesses extensive knowledge of the human body.
Arriving in London from serving in India, Morstan sets up a walk-in clinic in his residence. He will end up meeting Juniper and Shirleigh in the future and they will end up relying on him whenever someone needs intensive care.
Was the surgeon who performed Juniper's leg amputation.
I feel like Maxwell deserves the "this guy" treatment alongside Ichiro.
Maxwell's design changed MANY times before I finally settled on his nationality. Even then, his desgin was changed from the old and bland tan uniform to his now vibrant one that is way more recognisable as hospital scrubs. (There was a design in between those that was so bad that I don't even want to talk about it.)
The issue was that it was hard to tell who exactly Maxwell was and/or what Maxwell did. The whole point of character design is to tell the story of a character without words and NONE of his previous designs did him any justice. I think this one does a WAY better job of telling you who he is.
I really like the blue.
