After a horrific accident prematurely ends her volunteer work as a nurse-in-training, Juniper H. Watson is looking for a place to stay and something to keep her mind occupied. She may cross paths with someone who will provide both.
Watson is a strong and compassionate person who does her best to put others' well-being first. She wears her heart on her sleeve but also has thick skin, having very low tolerance for those who belittle others.
She splits rent for a place at Victoria's Palace in Stratford with her "flatmate".
Junper's design was created with the idea of "warmth". I wanted her to have a warmer skin tone than Shirleigh and a look and personality that may remind someone of a person they may know or someone they can easily confide in.
Coincidentally, I wound up making Juniper Scottish without realising (as much as I hate to admit it) that Sir Conan Doyle was a Scotsman. It makes me wonder if he sometimes thought of himself as Watson when writing the stories...
